Brady Harfst,
Operations and Marketing Lead

Brady is the team’s safety net. His primary goal is to keep the team moving forward while making sure nothing slips through the cracks. He is passionate about data, marketing and building strong relationships with all of our clients. No matter if a client is buying or selling, Brady navigates them through the process.  Brady handles day-to-day operations, transaction management and marketing leadership for the Fett Real Estate Team.

Growing up, Brady helped his mom run her small business. This formative experience taught him the importance of strong customer relationships and the power of a good work ethic. Brady has worked in both the public and private sector, bringing a unique perspective to the real estate industry. His path to the Fett Team has included work for the federal government, a technology company and for one of the nation’s largest organizations. Additionally, Brady holds an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and a graduate degree from Drake University.

When Brady isn’t working hard for our clients, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, hiking, cycling and a patio on a nice evening. Though Brady is an Iowa State and Drake alumnus, he is a lifelong Husker fan, which we try to not hold against him.

Brady’s experience and perspective foster the client-focused nature of the Fett Team. He prides himself on adding value to all stakeholders involved in a real estate transaction.
